How it Works
We partner with our clients to determine their people operations goals and engagement logistics. With no minimum hourly commitment, our engagements are entirely customizable to suit our clients’ goals. Clients enjoy subscribing to part-time, hourly support for smaller projects like policy creation or an Employee Handbook revamp. For more robust needs like leave coverages, HRIS implementations or interim Heads of People engagements, our clients subscribe to full-time engagements, that are typically from 3 – 9 months long.
